Zeller pool grating system 

Pool gratings of the series Ocean, Atlantic and Pacific are made out of rigid cross gratings equipped with a plug- in system; pieced together in any order they form a consecutive, closed surface. This flexible system allows the unproblematic installation in different gutter systems interior and exterior, so they are suitable for each gutter run. The grating components prefabricated in meter parts are fixed with per 2 connecting components and so easy to maintain. Locked fittings prevent inadvertent loosening of the subcomponents.

All connecting- and fixing parts are made out of high- grade plastic material or stainless steel, quality category V4a.  

Any installations in the overflow gutter can be performed troublefree as a notch in the gutter run (f.e. receptacles etc.).

Form and connection are designed for high static load, flexible, slightly elastic and break- proof.

Knobs especially formed cause a secure and comfortable tread. Without any sharp edges and angles they are suitable for tender children feet too.  

The rounded surface with centric burling prevents a bridge function and so an overflow of the pool ambulatory.  

Flowing forms and rounded angles provide a water drain pH- value conservative and low noise. Sedimentation of dirt and bacteria in edges and angles is reduced to a large extent.  

Accident prevention is ensured by compliance with the GUV- regulations and the „KOK- guidelines for pool construction“ . Passing over with wheelchairs is possible.
