Materials

The gutter grating bars one- piece, dimensionally stable, are made of polypropylen-copolymer or ASA solid injection- moulded and high impact resistant.  

UV- intensified, deep- seated, heat- resistant, weatherproof, non- ageing and chemical resistant. Highest resistance against UV- insolation and normal environmental influences. Suitable for chlorine-, curative- and seawater.  

Without any volatile materials, doesn’t become brittle or crumbly and retains a closed, smooth surface easy to clean.

Hygienically clean and absolutely odourless

The materials used are completely recyclable. They are free of dangerous ingredients liable to disclose and can be depolluted and/or recycled without any problems. 

Connection/ fixings

All pool grating systems are held together with minimum two connecting elements. Standardly polypropylene- bars with screwed endings specially manufactured for it are used. Screwings made of stainless steel V4a in M4 or M5 are possible too. All connecting elements, support angles and profiles are made of  stainless steel V4a or of plastic, glass fibre reinforced as necessary.
